A free Doodle alternative with no ads and no account
Doodle asks you to sign in, shows ads to the people you invite, and gives you one group poll with ten time slots before you pay. Kitokoto asks for none of that. Put in the dates you could do, send one link, and everyone ticks what works.
We make Kitokoto.
- No ads, for anyone
- No account, for anyone
- As many polls as you like
- The link becomes the event
How it works
- 01
Put in the dates, or the times
Type them, or tap them on a calendar. As many as you like. A list of places or restaurants works the same way.
- 02
Send the link
Paste it wherever your people already are. Nobody signs in, nobody sees an ad, and answering takes about three taps.
- 03
Pick one
You see who can do what and choose. The same link then shows the date, the place and who is coming, and everyone can add it to their calendar.

Checked September 2026, against Doodle's plans page and Doodle's group poll FAQ. If something here has changed, tell us and we will fix it.
Doodle stops when the poll closes
Finding the date is the easy part. Then you are back in the group chat telling six people where to be, twice, because two of them missed it the first time. With Kitokoto the link you already sent keeps telling the truth: the date, the place, and who is coming. Anyone who never answered can still read it, and everyone can put it in their own calendar.

Questions
- Is there still a free version of Doodle?
- Yes. It is one group poll with ten time slots, ads for everyone, and no deadlines or reminders. We wrote the details up. Is Doodle free?
- What is a free alternative to Doodle?
- Kitokoto. Free with no ads and no account, as many polls as you like, and the link turns into the event page when you decide.
- Does Doodle show ads to the people I invite?
- On the free plan, yes. Removing them is part of Pro. Kitokoto never shows ads to anyone.
- Do people need an account to answer?
- Not on Doodle, and not here. The difference is that you do not need one either.
- Can I ask about something other than dates?
- Yes. A list of places, restaurants or anything else to choose between. Doodle removed its text polls.
- Does it handle time zones?
- Yes. Each person sees the times in their own, or you fix it to one clock for everybody.
- Is there a Microsoft alternative to Doodle?
- Outlook has Scheduling Poll, if everyone is in your organisation. It struggles with people outside it. How it compares.
- What happens after everyone has answered?
- You pick one. Everyone with the link sees the date, the place and who is coming, and adds it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
- Is my data private?
- Answers are seen by everyone with the link, or only by you if you switch it. Everything is deleted three months after the event.
- Is When2meet a better free option?
- It is free with ads and a grid to drag. Fine on a desktop, hard on a phone. When2meet and Kitokoto, side by side.
