When2meet gives you a grid to drag across. Kitokoto gives everyone a short list to tap. Put in the dates you could do, send one link, and you see who can do what. Free, and nobody needs an account.

How it works

    Put in the dates, or the times

    Type them, or tap them on a calendar. Times on every day at once if you want, exact or just morning and evening. A list of places works the same way.

    Send the link

    Paste it into the group chat or an email. Everyone opens it on whatever they have and taps the ones that work. About three taps, no dragging.

    Pick one

    You see who can do what and choose. The same link then shows the date, the place and who is coming, including whoever never replied.

The grid was never the hard part

Finding the overlap is easy. Then you are back in the group chat telling six people where to be, twice, because two of them missed it the first time. With Kitokoto the link you already sent keeps telling the truth: the date, the place, and who is coming. Anyone who never answered can still read it.

Is there something better than When2meet?
If your people answer on a phone, yes. Kitokoto is a list to tap instead of a grid to drag, and the link keeps working after you have decided.
Is When2meet free?
Yes, with ads. Kitokoto is free with no ads, for you and for everyone you send it to.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Answering is a short list and about three taps. That is what it was built for.
Does it handle time zones?
Yes. A time you write in Berlin shows in London as the London time. If that is wrong for your group, fix it to one clock.
Do people need an account?
No. Nobody signs up for anything, including you. You get a second link to keep, which gets you back in from any device.
Can I ask about something other than times?
Yes. A list of places, restaurants or anything else a group has to choose between works the same way.
What happens after everyone has answered?
You pick one. Everyone with the link then sees the date, the place and who is coming, and can add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Can I bring my When2meet over?
Not as a file. Type the dates again, it takes about a minute, and send the new link into the same chat.
Is Doodle any better than When2meet?

How long do you keep it?
Three months after the thing you planned is over, then it is deleted, names and answers with it.
