America and Europe change their clocks two weeks apart. For those weeks London is four hours from New York, not five. Pick the day and the answer is for that day.

- How do I convert EST to CET?
- Type the hour, put Eastern Time as where you are, add Central European Time. Six hours apart most of the year, five or seven for a few weeks in spring and autumn.
- How do I convert PST to IST?
- Pacific Time to India Standard Time. India does not change its clocks, so it is twelve and a half hours ahead in summer and thirteen and a half in winter.
- What is UTC?
- The clock the others are measured against. GMT reads the same in winter. Type UTC or GMT to add it.
- Is it right on the days the clocks change?
