At least three.
You get one link per person. Nobody sees the others.
How it works
- 01
Type the names
One a line. Keep a couple apart if you like. Add the budget and the date.
- 02
Draw
Everyone gets somebody. Nobody gets themselves, and the pairs you kept apart stay apart.
- 03
Send each person their link
It shows them who they have. You never see the pairs, not even your own until you open yours.
No emails, on purpose
Most generators ask for everyone's address and email the result. Half the emails land in spam and you end up asking who got theirs. Here you get the links and send each one yourself, where you already talk to that person. Nobody's address is collected, and you can see at a glance who you have sent.
Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. No ads, no account, no emails asked for.
- How do people find out who they have?
- You get one link per person. Send each one theirs, in the chat you already have with them. It shows one name.
- Does it need everyone's email?
- No. Most generators send an email to each person. This gives you the links and you send them yourself, so nobody's address is collected.
- Can the organiser see who has whom?
- No. The organiser's page has the links, not the pairs. You find out who you have the same way as everyone else.
- Can I keep a couple from drawing each other?
- Yes. Write the pair on one line, like Anna & Tobias, and they will not draw each other either way round.
- What if somebody drops out?
- Draw again with the new list and send fresh links. It takes a minute.
- How long is it kept?
- Three months, then it is deleted, names and all.
- Can I plan the party too?
- Yes. Ask everyone which evening works, then the same link shows when and where. Find the date.
