    Agree the evenings with the bishop

    Tithing declaration can start from 1 September, so there's time to spread appointments out.

    Keep appointments short

    Ten or fifteen minutes a family is usually enough.

    Say where to go

    Put the room and the bishopric member's name in the note on the sheet.

    Share it with the ward

    Post the link in the ward group chat and the newsletter.

    Leave some weekday times

    Some families can only come after work, so offer an evening or two.
